Dear The Rev. [John of AllFaith]:
Thank you for writing regarding President Barack Obama's qualifications to be President. I appreciate hearing from you and I apologize for the delay in my response.
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution specifies the qualifications for this executive office. It states that no person except for a natural born American citizen is eligible to run for President of the United States. Also, the candidate must be at least thirty-five years of age and have resided in the United States for at least fourteen years.
President Obama meets these constitutional requirements. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on August 4, 1961. According to the Fourteenth Amendment, all persons born in the United States are considered citizens of the United States. Under these criteria, President Obama, a 47-year old U.S. citizen, who has resided in the United States for longer than fourteen years, is eligible to be President.
Once again, thank you for writing. If you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact my Washington, D.C. staff at (202) 224-3841.
United States Senator
And My reply:
Dear Senator Feinstein,
Thank you for replying. Please consider this reply to your note.
Contrary to what you have said, Mr. Obama does NOT meet the required qualifications to be president of the United States and hence he has no Constitutional authority to hold this office.
As has been thoroughly demonstrated in many places, according to his paternal grandmother, several relatives and the family imam Mr. Obama was born in Mombasa Kenya not Hawaii.
According to his sister he was born in one Hawaiian hospital while he claims he was born in another and to date he still refuses to release his hospital or school records or his COLB (certificate of live birth) that might resolve the issue if he is telling the truth.
Further, Mr. Obama attended the Muslim section of a public school in Indonesia. At that time the government of Indonesia only allowed Indonesian citizens to attend school and they forbade dual citizenship. Mr. Obama's step father, an Indonesian national, adopted him so he could attend the school. By Indonesian law at that time therefore he was an Indonesian citizen by virtue of that adoption and his enrollment in the school provides solid proof of this fact. In order to attend school there he had to relinquish any and all other citizenship and so, even if he was born in the US he would have had to relinquish his US citizenship, thus he is Constitutionally ineligible for the post he currently holds as well as for his former Senate seat.
By allowing Mr. Obama to become president you personally, the US Senate, the US Congress and the US Supreme Court that rejected over 20 cases asking that his eligibility be proved are all guilty of high treason against the United States and its citizens.
With this direct and knowing violation of the Constitution of the United States of America this government has clearly demonstrated its utter disregard for the laws of this nation and for the people of the country.
Sincerely,
~ [John of AllFaith]
