These are some very important questions that Barack Husein Obama has yet to answer:
Is Barack Husein Obama a natural born US citizen?
There is not, to date, any universally accepted evidence that his birth certificate is real or false. There are however several troubling elements to it that he needs to be candid about. This question is current in the courts.
The birth certificate on his website is different from the one on the DNC website (assuming they are still up) and both have background differences with the certificates issued by the state of Hawaii in that year.

Why? Its still open for debate.
Philip Berg is a well known, well placed and well respected member of the bar. He would not take such a politically and financially charged case if he felt there was nothing to it. That does not mean there is anything to it, but it certainly implies that knowledgeable, powerful, well placed individuals who certainly are not McCain supporters believe there is.
This is why the court hearing is important. Let the courts decide. There are plenty of "shreds of evidence," what we have not seen thus far is a "blanket of truth." That may be forthcoming.
From what I've found, there is no question that "the candidate’s name is Barack Hussein Obama" now. The question is why his name was Barry Soetoro when he attended the Indonesian madrasa as a Muslim.
Indonesia has the largest Muslim population of any nation on earth, including any Middle Eastern country. The Muslim Brotherhood, which of course is based in Egypt, has a very strong presence in Indonesia and there is solid evidence linking Barack Husein Obama to the Muslim Brotherhood.
That question remains. Also a question is why Barry Soetoro, who had to be a citizen of Indonesia to attend the school, could have also been an American citizen at the same when Indonesia did not, at the time, accept dual citizenship. Again, this is not proof but it is a question that needs to be answered with documentation.
If "Barry Soetoro" became a citizen of Indonesia by legally changing his name and nationality and by being legally adopted by Mr. Soetoro, assuming he was born in the US in the first place and assuming Barack Husein Obama was his father and assuming Barack Husein Obama and the candidate's mother were ever legally married (this has never been shown either to my knowledge)... Then there are very real and completely legitimate questions yet to be answered:
1. Where is his ORIGINAL birth certificate?
2. Why is he refusing to release his school and other documents that might shed light on his birth place and family history?
3. Was "Barack Husein Obama II" born in Hawaii (Obama says he was born in one hospital his half-sister says another)?
4. Was "Barack Husein Obama" born in Kenya as his grandmother says (she claims she was present at the birth and has never been outside of Kenya)?
5. If "Barack Husein Obama" was born in Kenya would he not be a citizen of that country rather than of the US? The Constitution is clear, president MUST be born here.
6. If so, did Kenya at the time accept dual citizenship with the US?
7. If not, did Barack Husein Obama ever reject his Kenyan nationality and apply for US citizenship?
8. Did Mr. Soetoro, by adopting "Barack Husein Obama" and renaming him "Barry Soetoro" thereby make him a citizen of Indonesia (as Indonesian law at the time states it would)?
9. Did Mr. Soetoro rename him "Barry" or did his grand parents? The given history doesn't gel. Supposedly Obama lived with his grandparents after Soetoro joined the long line men who dumped Obama's mother. Or was Obama's birth name really Barry and changed to Barack Husein Obama later out of revenge by his mom for being dumped by Mr. Soetoro? (We got us a little Payton Place here!)
10. If the truth is as given, what did this change of nationality do to "Barry Soetoro's" US citizenship status, if such existed?
11. Since Indonesia disallowed dual citizenship would this make the boy "Barry Soetoro" a citizen of Indonesia and hence not of the US? (Seems that way to me).
12. Did "Barry Soetoro" or his mother ever apply to make or reinstate the boy's US citizenship? If so, where are those documents?
13. And if so, would he still be considered a "national born" citizen seeing that he was later naturalized?
14. And if he was later naturalized he is not eligible to be president so what of this?
15. Since "Barry Soetoro's" madrasa records show his religion as Islam, when did Barack Husein Obama become a Christian?
16. Why would a supposed Christian ("Barry Soetoro"), converted by his godly Christian grandparents, intentionally embrace a Muslim name (Barack Husein Obama) considering that Barack Husein Obama senior, his alleged biological father (I have seen no evidence of this either), had abandoned the boy and his mother when he was still a baby and his Muslim step father abandoned them when he in elementary school? It make no sense.
17. Did Barack Husein Obama agree to reciprocate the Muslim Brotherhood for their help in getting him into Harvard?
18. What is Barack Husein Obama's connection to Bill Ayers and the sixties group the Weather Underground?
19. Since Barack Husein Obama has no problem working closely with and being friends with a domestic terrorist like Bill Ayers, does this mean he support what the Weather Underground did?
20. Is it a coincidence that Barack Husein Obama began his political career in the home of a man who had previously bombed our government buildings and killed Americans with bombs and who remains unapologetic for it to this day? Indeed who says his only regret is that he should have done more bombings and killings?
21. Does Barack Husein Obama still hold the anti-White views he expressed in his writings?
22. Why has Barack Husein Obama maintained his ties with Rev. Jeremiah Wright after publicly (cowardly) denouncing him?
23 Is it possible to sit in the congregation of a clergy person who is so charismatic and clear about his beliefs for 20 years and really never realize he held the views he does?
24. When Barack Husein Obama wrote, ""I will stand with [the Muslims] should the political winds shift in an ugly direction" (The Audacity of Hope, page 261) did he mean what he wrote? Would he stand with the American people against the Muslims in the event of an attack?
These are just a few of the questions that need to be answered with candor and when possible with documentation and yet Barry Husein Obama avoids these very important, very legitimate issues.
NONE of these questions proves ANYTHING.
BUT the president of the United States should not have so many unknowns!
If Ronald Reagan was "the Teflon President" Barack Husein Obama is the "Black Hole President!" You can't get a firm handle on anything about him but its clear that he gets elected we going to be sucked in to their doom!
I DO NOT LIKE John McCain
I DO NOT AGREE with John McCain on several important issues.
BUT everyone knows who John McCain is and what he stands for, like his positions or not (and in several cases I don't) BUT NO ONE seemingly knows who Barack Husein Obama/ Barry Soetoro really is nor what he really believes nor what his ties are (or are not) with the Muslim Brotherhood nor hardly anything else about him other than the he is very charismatic and egotistic.
A great many people are going to vote for him because of his false face and the fact that he is not Bush. By doing this, they will be falling right back into the Bush/Clinton New World Order junta.
But... maybe we as a nation deserve this.
