49 Seconds of Seeded, Furrowed Sky!

Our weather today is clear with mild Spring-like temperatures. When I woke up the sky was blue, now its gray. In the distance is a mountain. There are clear lines of chemtrails crossing the sky just over (and doubtless beyond) it in 13 straight lines like auras! (the number is a coincidence of when I happened to count). As I am sitting here typing more planes are entering our field of vision, the number of "lines" is probably more like 18 now. The oldest that are still visible are a bit over an hour old (contrails only last a minute or two). The oldest have morphed into puffy clouds with still visible "lines" running through them n many cases.

As usual, the Discovery Channel, being part of the controlled globalist media, supports the government, especially in their research in part two, however in part three they are surprisingly candid that something is clearly going on....But what?
Mainly I just though I'd comment on this phenomenon again and see if anyone had anything to add. My last post on this got little response.
There are several theories about what the chemtrails are and why they are in our skies now. At this point I don't have a firm theory or belief about them. Frankly I don't know what they are nor why they are becoming so wide spread and common. Following are a few things I believe can be accepted as facts:
Chemtrails and Contrails are two different things. Both are happening in material time and space.
Chemtrails are being seen all over the planet which at the least implies they are not the result of any single clandestine government activity.
Contrails tend to go away within one five minutes. They often "implode" so to speak. In other words, they get smaller and smaller until they are no more.
Chemtrails tend to last much longer, 5 minutes to an hour or two or even longer at times. The clouds they produce can last for several hours in calm skies. They usually "explode." By this I mean they expand out from the original trail and "poof" into a few distinct cloud shapes.
Contrails are "streaks" of condensed water vapor created by jets at high altitudes.
Contrails exist in two forms: water droplet and ice crystal. Both are natural byproducts of jetting through the air.
Contrails typically become visible about a wingspans distance behind an aircraft flying at high altitudes.
Chemtrails are visible directly behind an aircraft, with little or no gap between the aircraft and the start of the trail (like contrails have).
Chemtrails vary from contrails in their length of persistence.
Chemtrails do not dissipate quickly; they tend to form into mushy clouds which can block sunlight.
Chemtrails leave chemical residues behind including barium and aluminum salts, polymer fibers, thorium, or silicon carbide.
Contrails have been around as long as there have been jets.
Chemtrails began to appear in earnest in 1996 although there are older reports.
In 2001, United States Congressman Dennis Kucinich introduced legislation that would have permanently prohibited the basing of weapons in space, and chemtrails were listed as one of a number of exotic weapons that would be banned. The bill was blocked by the United States Department of Defense and died in committee.
These seem to be the FACTS. (Am I missing any?)
Then there are the THEORIES:

That... Chemtrails are deliberately altering the earth's environment to allow beings not of this world to survive here. Why? Some say this is being done in advance of a hostile invasion force and occupation of planet Terran (Earth) by extraterrestrial beings (especially noted are the Alpha Draconis who have done so much damage elsewhere in the galaxy). Some say this is being done to enable non-threatening Visitors to settle here either as refugees (such as the Atians) or as benevolent teachers who will guide us into the galactic civilization of planets (such as the Pleideans). The Greys of course are the most common extra-Terran beings interfacing with the earth but little if any transforming is required by them. There are obviously variations of this theory. Obviously none of this can be proved.
It is true however that many photos have been taken of the jets leaving chemtrails and that some of them bear no markings as required by law, that they often ignore and violate established sky lanes/flight paths and that they sometimes circle over the contaminated areas in ways no commercial plane would do and no military plane can justify apart from such alleged activities. This is thoroughly documented. There have also been various anomalies with some of the aircraft that leads some to believe they only use the guise of commercial aircraft but are in reality not of this world. I.E. that they are Visitor craft that only appear to be Terran.
Others theorize that... the chemtrails are seeding electrical conductive materials as part of a larger and massive electromagnetic super weapons program based around the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). I discuss HAARP and its possible association with manufactured earthquakes elsewhere. The goal of such research, it is believed, has to do with military weapons testing, chemical population control (the ultimate goal being to reduce world population by at least 80%), or measures to mitigate global warming. The Bilderberg Elite are on record as saying they intend to reduce Terran's (Earth's) population by at least 80% and the biblical prophets give the same basic percentage for those who will perish during the final seven years of our present age (which will begin soon). Once chemtrail technology is perfected it would be simple to "bug bomb" desired areas for depopulation purposes. Conversely, such technology could be used to warm areas that are too cold and to cool areas that are too hot. Such technology could be used as a great boon.

Part three speaks of the military use of chaff and the possible connection between chaff and chemtrails. In the following short video a Tampa Bay, Florida TV weatherman explains that military/government radar jamming (chaff), is effecting his weather radar.
